What is Pre-order?

You may have noticed that some items are available for pre-order.
This means that the product hasn't been released, but we let our customers get the items they want by reserving them in advance before they are officially available. They're then shipped to the customer once available.

Pre-orders act as a ‘reservation’ that guarantees customers access to the items they’re interested in, the earliest possible and at their lowest price—without having to worry about these products selling out.

You can find the shipping date of your purchase on the product information and in the email confirmation of your order.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom, European Union Countries and the United States.

What payment method do you offer?

We accept secure payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, it is super easy to return it. We offer a refund within 30 days from the point of delivery. Items must be new and unused to be eligible for a return.


Instructions:
1. Send us an email (support@fanacci.com) with your order number and email address. Let us know your product(s) to be returned and the reason for the request.
3. You'll receive an email with your return instructions
4. Prepare your package to be sent to us:
- Print your return label and attach it to the outside of your package. We encourage you to reuse the original shipping box.

6. Please allow 10 additional business days from the arrival and processing of your return for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement.

How do I exchange an item?

It is super easy and free to exchange a product within 30 days from the point of delivery. Items must be new and unused to be eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges can be made for most in-stock items. If the item you'd like to exchange for has a higher/lower price, you will be charged or refunded the price difference.

1. Send us an email (support@fanacci.com) with your order number and email address. Let us know your product(s) to be exchanged and the reason for the request.
3. You'll receive an email with your return instructions
4. Prepare your package to be sent to us:
- Print your return label and attach it to the outside of your package. We encourage you to reuse the original shipping box.

6. Please allow 5-10 additional business days from the arrival and processing of your return to send out the exchange product.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing. Please email us if you have not received your email confirmation or delivery notification.
