Politique de remboursement
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/valid order number.
To start a return, email us at support@fanacci.com and mention your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll start the return process, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Make sure you read our return policy carefully before initiating a return request.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@fanacci.com or through our social media channels such Facebook and Instagram.
We reserve the right to not accept a refund request.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once your return request has been approved, you have 7 days to ship the product back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If the product is not shipped within 7 days, the return authorization will be voided, and the return will no longer be accepted.
In case you are unable to effect return within the 30 day request period or ship within the 7-days after requesting the return, please notify us at support@fanacci.com and give us the reason you are unable to return on time.
If you return a product after our standard 30-day return window, without a prior notice of reasons for lateness via email to support@fanacci.com, we offer two options:

Partial Refund: You may still return the item and receive 50% of the original purchase price as a refund.

Return of Product: We will ship the product back to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we receive a return with signs of heavy usage, we reserve the right to not effect refund, and the product will be kept or sent back to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also cannot accept an item that is damaged if the damage was not notified to us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, before initiating a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 40% OFF the normal retail price; or on gift cards or items are are sold as End of Stock/Liquidation.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange, we will require you to send back the original purchase and will send you back the replacement once we receive the returned item/s.
In an urgent scenario, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item/s and it is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Fees
Kindly note that we currently only offer FREE RETURNS only in the United Kingdom. (minus only the £3.50 handling fee).
For other countries, any refund charges (e.g. shipping, customs, administrative, etc) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or the customer will be required to bear the cost of the return procedure.
Warranty
Our Warranty Policies at FANACCI cover manufacturing faults on our products for either a repair or replacement.
Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #FNC order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies.
If there is an issue with your FANACCI product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team through support@fanacci.com to lodge a claim.
Our Products are all protected by a limited 1-year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within 12 month from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.
The 1-year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, bags and accessories that were bought second-hand or without proof of purchase directly from FANACCI, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.
Products that have been discontinued on our website will not be subject to the same warranty policy. If it is found that the product is eligible under the warranty policy, the customer will receive a voucher 50% of the original cost of the product, which can be used towards another product in the same product category.
